  The staff were always smiling and very gracious to us, they opened all the doors for us like royalty! I was especially impressed with the bellhop who brought our bags up into the room and walked us through all the amenities in the room, this rarely ever happens! The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

I recently booked my stay at a different hotel in Bangkok and had to change hotels (long story) so, I found the ratings on The Fusion Suites pretty good.   Very good location close to BTS stations National Stadium and Siam and to Khlong stop. Department stores are around the corner as well. The staff is just great. They are very friendly! When we arrived in the morning we got coffee and tea for free. At our departure they helped us to get a taxi to a far out destination for a reasonable price.
