The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there.   Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor. Who wants peace, comfort and ease while to get anywhere in the city using public transportation (metro or boat) recommend this hotel. Taxis is cheap but in most cases taxi drivers do not put taximeters but prefers to negotiate the price, which is usually double or even triple. Recommended for those who come
