  Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. - We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

  Location, the room was great, nicely decorated and well equipped with good view. Water and complimentary bathroom items were very useful. Staff polite and upon checkin offered popcorn, cookies and drink, which was very nice after a long journey. The room was therefore very quiet except in the morning, there was BTS trains passed by, it caused a little noisy. The bed was really big, three people slept in a bed will not feel uncomfortable.

  Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
