  This hotel is awesome! Yes, there are a lot of steps to climb but if you are in fairly good shape it won't be a problem and the view is worth it! The hotel breakfast is wonderful and displays a wide variety of choices. The pool is a good size and we never had a problem finding a place to lounge either in the sun or shade.   A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  1. Place. Kata Beach is 10-minutes walking (with small children) far away the hotel. Kata Noi Beach is better, but further - we get it only by bike for 5 minutes. Restaurants, mini-shops, massage are near the hotel. 2. Staff is very friendly. We lived in room and in bungalow. Bungalow is enough comfortable, but we are not choosy. The staff were extremely helpful, though not all spoke very good English. Both the common area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Wi-fi is free and works without a hitch.

The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.
