  The Service was Excellent, it was my girlfriends birthday and I did not know where to get a cake and surprise her and I talk to the staff and they assured me that they will have a cake delivered to my room with no charge. I really enjoyed the stay and I will go again soon. 5 Stars all the way - The staff was very friendly and very attentive...they made us feel pampered. The room was very nice & clean with a stunning direct view of the ocean. Hotel is medium size that it's quite intimate yet have enough space for different activities. The restaurant, lounge, and beach club are on a very nice location with gorgeous unobstructed view!

  Everything at Thavorn was fantastic. The staff were friendly, the grounds and facilities were beautiful and the whole place very peaceful. We would definitely recommend it! - Beautiful grounds right on the beach. Ocean view.

  There is a wonderful sea view. The environment is pretty well. The atmosphere is romantic and relax. We enjoyed to stay hotel. The staffs are very friendly, they were generous in giving help us when we need them. - Hotel is new with the amazing view from the hill to the Kamala beach.   We stayed in Happy baby Studio for 4 nights with 2 kids. I think Sunwing resort is the best hotel near the Kamala beach for family based on the following reasons. 1. Spacious clean room, comfortable King bed with an additional sofa bed and baby cot. 2.   Had a great time at swissotel, staff were lovely, so helpful and the food was great. Breakfast was OK but at least had lots of choices. Pool was a lot of fun, my husband and I time warped into our teens again, using the water slide and playing water polo. Day spa was lovely and not too highly priced. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room, lots of space and adequate comfort. We - Very spacious accommodation with excellent facilities (pool area, kids' club, wifi in public areas). Staff were excellent and very helpful in booking tours and even reservations at restaurants. The free return shuttle bus to Patong (operating twice a day) was also a welcome inclusion.
