Amazing value for money. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for the shower, bottled water, tea and coffee provided each day. Felt very safe and secure. There was a lockable drawer for valuables and a large padlock to lock the room door. Lovely fluffy towels were replaced each of the two days we stayed. There is a good bakery nearby for breakfast. It was particularly cold, about 8C, the two nights we were there but the duvet was thick enough to keep us cosy. We didn't n.

They let you pick which one you want when you check in. Can I say again how clean this place is. We stayed on the 8th of October 2013. It looks like they finished building the place on the 7th of October, that's how nice this place looks. We stayed at places for $45 a night and they don't compare to how clean and nice this place was. Also, very c. We booked a standard double room. The room was clean and as described. The hotel location is central, it is only a few minutes walk to the bus station and the nightmarket. We have been received with a smile and local fruits. Trips in the area surrounding Chiang Rai and motorrcycles can be arranged via guesthouse. Good location , can walk only 5 minutes to chiang rai night plaza. The room very nice and cleaned. Staff very friendly. Grandma Kaew she very nice. We were check in late at night. Grand am Kaew she waiting for us. We recommend this place for stay over night in Chiang rai. The landlady is very nice and helpfull for excursions, bookings and anything one may ask her. If I go back to ChiangRai I will definitely stay there. If you want to be smack in the city center, where it's not so quiet, not so clean, not so friendly, this place isn't for you. Had to call for taxis or walk a ways to find one. Not a big problem. Taxi driver refused to drive the last 100 metres because lane is too tight. Reception person does not come in till after 8am. Small bathroom. things were of high standard.only thiland tv. There is nothing we didn't like apt the hotel. Chiang Mai was dusty, smoky and more urban than we expected. Location wasnt that great. no car park. if you arrive late, like 21.00h to check in, information office is closed, but finally in my case it wasn't a big problem.. If i we want to get up at 4 in the morning i would set an alarm clock so we dont need a cockeral doing that job right behind the guest house.
