  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home. Food was well prepared - had the breakfast and dinner option. The overall experience was 5-star and the smiles of the Thai added that additional touch. Next time we will spend at least 5 day - hotel location was central, we booked the executive suite which was very nice and had a great view. Staff are very professional and helpful.   Everything, the staff and management were unbelievable. they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. NOTHING was too much trouble for them. THANK YOU for making our anniversary so special. - Staff were lovely and were very accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay. Food was great and the swimming pool was marvellous.
