Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).
The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and always ready to help, location was good, very quite, and a nice walk to the city's life and food. Breakfast was the same daily but was still very nice and again staff always pleased to help. Swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a long hot day, but was very strong with chlorine. Rooms were large very clean and fresh bottled water daily.
