We loved our stay at Riverside House, the staff were really sweet, the pool lovely and clean, the location is excellent to the night market and within walking distance of the old city. Breakfast was basic but fine, rooms cleaned daily, lots of space to relax in and really laid back.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.

Fantastic retreat in the middle of the city! Just around the corner from the night market.
You can walk to the old center i 15- 20 min.
The swimming pool is really relaxing.

Even though Yaang Come Village was close to the city centre and night bazaar you truly felt you were removed from all the hustle and bustle as it was set back from the main road and surrounded by trees. It was beautifully set out and the staff were very helpful.The rooms were very clean and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the flowers and the turn down service at night.The pool was great too!!

Everything! It was like being a 1950s movie star! Felt like i should have worn my cocktail dress the night my husband and i had cocktails while being serenaded by a pianist playing 'Blue Moon'. We enjoyed the lovely setting of Siripanna, the low-rise buildings, mixed with villas, the lush, green gardens, lovely unusual pool. Our room comfortable and spacious. Staff very accommodating but you did have to come up with the questions of what to do, touring wasn't openly offered here. Didn't mind that it was slightly out of town, the beautiful setting more than made up for this and the area was interesting. However free shuttles to the main markets and the night bazaar helped.
