  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  This hotel is the best we've stayed at in Thailand. Rooms are located in a wonderful garden with swimming pool, it is very calm and comfortable.   The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home. Food was well prepared - had the breakfast and dinner option. The overall experience was 5-star and the smiles of the Thai added that additional touch.   The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. There is a small gym which is outside but in the shade, and a pool. We stayed in the suite which had a two ring hob, microwave and fridge. Incredibly helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us get taxis, red trucks, and tuk tuks. Also told us what to avoid :) The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable.
