  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home. Food was well prepared - had the breakfast and dinner option. The overall experience was 5-star and the smiles of the Thai added that additional touch. Next time we will spend at least 5 day - hotel location was central, we booked the executive suite which was very nice and had a great view. Staff are very professional and helpful.   My husband and I stayed at Rarin Jinda for my birthday in March and in the taxi on the way from the airport I was worried what it would be like. I needn't have worried at all!! The pics on their website do not do it justice, it is an amazing place to stay, with a relaxing and soothing atmosphere, quiet, clean and fantastic! Perhaps stay on the opposite sid - wow - the hotel and the staff are amazing. we will definitely be back here. beautiful staff, and fantastic holidaymakers who we shared some laughs and jokes with. beautiful all round. great value for money, seriously, i would have paid double had i known what i now know! bargain.

  Absolutely lovely. A serene place to stay and escape. Staff warm and friendly. Breakfasts were wonderful. Almost to much, husband and split breakfast main. Great shopping across street. Great big window so airy, but screen beyond , on a balcony so still very private. Loved the choice of soap. Jasmine! Helpful front desk staff. - I really like the design of the hotel. Althought it;s in old city, but it uses buildings to circle an area and create a private/quiet space in the noisy city. Also, the location can not be better, it;s just in the center of the Sunday walking street, you just need to step out of the entance.

  I stayed at the Puripunn for one night in October on my second visit to Chiang Mai, before a 3 day trip up to the Golden Triangle - this hotel was everything I had hoped for in a boutique hotel.
