The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).
The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. We have stayed here for three nights. Guest house is realy close to the city center, rooms are nothing special but realy good for the price we paid (we were only sleeping there). In the room there are moscito nets on the window (nice for all of us who have good blood). The owner is realy friendly and helpful. He booked us a van to Pai, elephant farm and he called us a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to go to the airport. I would recommend Cumpun guest house to all of you who are looking
