Environment was good. We felt as if we are at home. 2 out of 3 Reception staff was very cooperating. Our suite was very spacious and kids had enough space to enjoy themselves, room was cleaned daily. One of the biggest benefit was that the there was hand shower besides commode. -

It may take time to find the hotel while you come here first time. If you get there by subway, you can go out at the Exit 3, and then ask people there. They will show you how to get the Soi(path in Thai).
And the hotel is very clean. All the stuff in the room is new too. And the reception girl is very friendly. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.
Thought it's a little far from Siam(shopping center)& the Grand palace, I still feel like it's such a wonderful hotel to stay

the place was beautiful!! the rooms were abit boring and plane but the outside was stunning. The staff there were very helpful in helping us find places and with telling our drivers were we wanted to go. breakfast and roomservice was always served very fast and very nice and friendly -

Fantastic view from the well priced eighth floor restaurant/bar.
Easy access to Chinatown, Pathpong Rd and Bangkok City. Staff helpful in
