  Anantara Bangkok Sathorn is a fairly new apartment hotel which is wonderful for bigger groups who requires 2 bedrooms in an apartment. The staff are friendly and make extra effort to bend backwards to meet our requests which is appealing. If you are there for a leisurely quiet time with your family, then this hotel is for you where you can relax ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and not rush around but if you are there for heavy shopping and eating, it is abit far from the town centre and even the 10 mins walk to the nearest B - I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there.   We particularly appreciated - at the end of our stay, ready to fly back to the uk, with bulging suitcases - that you had heavy-duty and very accurate weighing scales that you brought up to our room, free of charge, so we could make sure that no one case was over the limit! The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.

  Was blown away by the hostel's design and setup. I originally was going to stay for 3 nights and did 4 instead. There was a huge common area with 7 or 8 computer to use, a free pool table, tons of places to sit and chat, and a little cafe that serves beers 24/7. It's got 7 floors and tons of rooms, I heard they can take up to 250 guest, which is crazy. I stayed in. A 6 bed dorm, all beds had two plugs to use - Absolutely delightful stay with Saphaipae Hostel :) Helpful and friendly staff that make you feel right at home. The coffee bar & the beer fridge downstairs was really nice and convenient for chats with other travelers ;) Great location, the BTS is within walking distance and only 230 baht of taxi fare to the Don Mueang Airport (excluding toll charges) You can get to most places easily without burning a hole in the wallet.   We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.
