  The bellmen - "Patrick" & Naphat were sensational and extremely personable. I can't say enough about them as they truly went above and beyond. They were sincerely concerned about us and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. They both were SO sweet! The hotel was fabulous. Very clean with spacious rooms.   Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.
