  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. - The staff treats you like a royalty, polite, helpful, accomodating.   This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff.
