Brand new comfortable villa with air conditioning, jacuzzi on nice private exotic garden on the beach, nice personal and restaurant (from the Milky Bay hotel). Right in the beach and you can use the facilities at milky bay.full equipped kitchen, but we didn't cook anything as it wasn't hooked up to any gas... Far from Hat Rin. It not particularly close to anything, not too many restaurants etc in walking distance.

Sunshine Residence provides free one-way transfer service from Thongsala Pier or Haad Rin Pier to the resort. To make use of this service, guests are required to notify the resort in advance with arrival details. Guests must check in at Milky Bay Resort and a taxi transfer will be arranged free of charge to Sunshine Residence. Please note that a cash deposit of THB6,000 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
