  It was a pleasant stay with Mercure Krabi Deevana. It surprise me with a birthday cake in the hotel room after our dinner. We never thought the hotel would be that thoughtful. As for the facilities, we are happy about it even though it is a little bit far from the town(by walking about 10-15min) and from airport is around 30min to reach. The hotel made us feel cozy and relax and we had a wonderful trip! - The hotel is new, very clean (room and theritory), friendly staff. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool. Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100). The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.

  Staff were excellent and friendly, room was spacious, convenience stores and bars were directly opposite the street, and other restaurants and stores were of close proximity (about 2 minute walk). Location is also very good: in a quiet & clean alley, close to beach & street food vendors as well ^_^ Staff are very friendly & helpful! (Travelled in Jun 2013, family with young kid)

  We were surprised because we did not expect a hotel of such quality for the money. It looks beautiful and a lot of attention is given to details. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the location is almost perfect - it's in Ao Nang but very close to Nopparat Thara beach which is more serene and beautiful. No noisy places nearby.   Had a weekend getaway to Krabi with my girlfriend on May 2013. We stayed at Holiday Inn for 3 nights and the service was excellent! On the first day, we reached the hotel at 9.20 am and the hotel allowed us to make an early check-in just within 10 mins time for free! However, it came to my surp - We stayed for 5nights in August. We've been on our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. They use wood on the shower, which obviously hard to keep clean. Every afternoon it was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, environment was lovely, pool and the area is excellent. The front door staff was very friendly, really what you'd expect!

  The Jacuzzi pool outside our room and the hotel staff was very helpful and efficient (as one of our room's aircond was leaking, they managr to fix it quite fast) the hotel is 10-15mins walk away from ao nang beach street market...which is very convenient,..cafes n restaurants, bars n bistros,.. really enjoy it.. - Really nice modern clean hotel. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » Great value. The rooms are large and very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (a family atomosphere). The beach is just a 2-3 minutes walk away along the only road in Ao Nang, which is absolutely no problem. Along the road there are plenty of shops and restaurants to buy some drinks and food or shop for clothes. Highly recommendable!

  Fantastic staff and beautiful facilities. Very helpful. The location was great, too. An easy and scenic walk into town while also being away from the hustle and bustle. - The pool access room was great, the location was nice and quiet and the bed was huge. The shower was amazing!!!
