The staff was super friendly and helpful. They called a cab for us and help set up activities for us or gave us suggestions. I was also able to rent a bike from them and ride around town/seaside and they were thoughtful enough to give me a raincoat in case it rained while I was riding. The manager Aaron is the best! He gave us a warm welcome and picked us up from the train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

extremly polite, friendly and helpfull staff, they arrange for us a lot of things (we can speak only english, local things only in chinese), they know sollutions and are ready to help, we communicate with google translator - they can´t speak engslih very good, but it was not problem, guys were excelent!!!!!! -

The staff were great and one of them spoke fluent English which was really good. The rooms were a good size and you get free bicycle hire with the hotel. Cycling in the city was great fun. The breakfast was decent and the price was also decent. -

They gave us recommendations for local restaurants and had a shuttle car service to drive us to the station if needed.
Even if we didn't have time to ride bikes around the city, the hotel also provides bikes to rent for free.
The breakfast is included in the room price and consists in a good quality buffet. -
