  The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours... mitä ihmiset sanovat » elves before stepping out. The hotel is very conveniently located in Central Zurich surrounded by the old charm of the city. We wouldn't have asked - - The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also. - The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around. - The room was clean. - There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs. - The staff were professional.

  THE STAFF - They were all very courteous and competent. The room was simple and clean, with a typical tiny bathroom squeezed into it for modern times. Everything was flawlessly clean, and the breakfast was set up perfectly. Literally across the street from the train station, it couldn't be more convenient for travelers.
