Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast buffet superb. Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours

- The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Staff were also very friendly & helpful! Is right near the 8/3 trams, the 3 takes you straight to the main train station -

Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art

Very pleasant family hotel. Convinient location (15 min to Zurich HB, 10 min to the old city) , friendly staff.Good breakfast with a large variety of cheeses, bacon, flakes with milk and yogurt, croissant.
There was no queue in the bathroom. We even did not meet anybody on the floor.
There were always soap and shampoo in the room. -

The Hotel had Free Parking and Internet. There was a bus stop outside the Hotel to the Tram Station, 3 stops and then Tram No. 7 to the Main Station Zurich. It takes about 20 minutes to the City. The room is basic and would be suitable for a one or two night stay.
