The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady who checked me in at 11.30 pm in the night was a wonderful person. In spite of the late check-in, she very proficiently showed me around all the facilities, answered all my queries. I was extremely impressed. The location is very convenient to reach from Zurich Main Station (Tram 4) and from Zurich Airport (train to Zurich Main and then the tram). All the kitchen facilities were working and were new and clean. I will like stay here again.
