  Excellent staff always very helpful, especially in the dining room at Breakfast. Rooms were excellent size and as clean as one would want. Over our three night stay we occupied 2 different rooms. The first night we had a three bed family room on the 3rd floor which was superb. For the next two nights we were in a double Buisness room on the 2nd fl... mitä ihmiset sanovat » oor which was also large and clean but it was far, far too hot and without reason that we could see. Opening the windows was a definite No, No because - All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had various things we needed help with and they were great at solving anything we requested. The reception staff in particular had great patience and a sense of humour. The breakfast were lovely and the restaurant meals were good but pricy-but then Swiss restaurants are pricy! Easy walking distance of the city centre and station-about 10 mins.
