  It was a great hotel, in a location close to the town [5 minutes walk]. It seems like the hotel is newly removated, so very clean, and modern. Much nicer than some other 4* more expensive hotels I have stayed in in Zermatt.   I staid in IBIS Hotel for 2 weeks. All this time I felt that I am at home. Very nice staff, nice food, service is fine. I would really recommend this Hotel for short or for long stay. - The hotel was modern clean and the staff were helpful. Good for someone with a car.

I rarely spend my holidays in Switzerland but Zermatt as a whole and Cervo, make me proud of our touristic offe - I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.
