  It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The frontstaff as well as breakfast staff were very service minded and helpful. We had a fantastic big room with nice view. The breakfast buffe' was super with all different gourmet to choose between.
