  We stayed here 5 days in one of the family suites--a corner room with a large bed and two bunk beds. The views of Lake Maggiore and the lush vegetation were breathtaking from all vantage points. We slept at night with the windows flung open, enjoying the tropical breezes and the occasional showy thunder and lightning storm. Breakfast on the terrac... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e was a glorious spread. The staff was kind and helpful. We greatly appreciated the small fridge in the room, which allowed us to store drinks and sna - Stayed there 2nights and one day going south. We had a marvellous view from our room over the lake. It was a spacious family room with a balcony and a nice terrace. Great breakfast (included fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, different kinds of bread, etc. ) Small kids playground, and a tiny place down at the lake where you can swim. During the day we went to Ascona on the lake side where we rented a pedalo (waterfiets) with slide for an hour. Kids (6 and 8) thought they were in paradise!

  The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly.

  Mostly things and services were excellent and to the level of our expectation. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, speaking all possible languages, when needed... Making small favors for us when asked (well 4 star hotel and price probably included that :-) )
