  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi. We stayed on the first floor (room 013), so we did not have a view to lake, but we enjoyed private entry to garden, and at night had a stunning moon shine over the valley.
