  Is brand new, nice and clean, great the parking on the basement even thought is not free. The staff is very kind, is a pleasure to spend time talking with them, specially the Ladies Cristina 1 and Cristina 2..... ;-) - Very good location within easy walking distance of town and lake.   Very thoughtful, helpful hostess. Excellent base for excursions in upper Ticino. Lovely, interesting gardens and clean, comfortable apartment. Ample, delightful breakfast. - The two signore were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was simple but comfortable. The village of Giornico has some charm and interesting buildings.

  The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and provide an excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant provides an excellent and well-prepared selection for those who like fish or vegetarian menus as well as meat dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - They had high chair and the staff was very kind. Very close to the train station but with the windows closed no problem of noise. Air conditionned! Good breakfast.   This is a very charming place with excellent staff. If you want to get the real expereience of Tessin, you have to explore that place. Charming little village with an amazing view over Lugano and the Lake. The hotel is cozy and you feel like a guest of the family, check out the restaurant as well, good classy food.
