  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... - The... mitä ihmiset sanovat » staff and service were superior. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  Location was perfect with amazing views over the lake yet a very short walk into the town. The room was spacious and the chambermaid service was outstanding. All of the staff were efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a choice of cereals, nuts, fruit - both prepared and natural, y... mitä ihmiset sanovat » oghurts, cooked food and bread. The swimming pool and spa area very relaxing and with the standard of cleanliness you would expect. We would recommend - We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.
