  The staff were exceptionally helpful and assisted with dinner reservations, babysitters, etc. The facilities were lovely. We cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. - Good hotel for a reasonable price. Very complete swimming pool/saunas.Excellent service

  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views..   We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town.   We both liked the fact there was secure parking. The breakfast and service was lovely. The staff very helpful. Location is good. A couple of bars and restaurants closeby. Great for a stop-over. - The best hotel I have ever been: nice staff, facilities, care to details. I was speechless.
