  The staff were exceptionally helpful and assisted with dinner reservations, babysitters, etc. The facilities were lovely. We cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. - Good hotel for a reasonable price. Very complete swimming pool/saunas.Excellent service

Our stay was very delightful, the service was excellent, the staff very kind and helpful in case of special requests, the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and much cheaper than anticipated.   This is a fabulous property. Since it was our 25th anniversary the manager Remo Loher upgraded us to a one bedroom apartment which was beautifully equipped and picked us up at the train station. The facility is fabulous and the town is by far my favorite in Switzerland.   Centrally located, the hotel is recently renovated. The receptionist speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and tastefully appointed, featuring even a jacuzzi bathtub. We had a superior suit with a magnicent view of the hills. Two-thumbs up. - The staff are friendly , the hotel is well managed in all aspects.
