  This is a modern hotel that has all the features of a four star hotel. The room, though small, was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with tub and roll-in shower. It has an electric heated towel rack, and a clever night light. Rooms have a small deck with a table and two chairs. The setting by the lake was lovely. Easy ride - Very friendly, helpful, Very nice restaurant and variions sélection. Breakfast buffet very nice and until noon subdays!   I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  This is a lovely, family run hotel, typical of ski, hiking accommodation in this area. The Cabana is a not a large hotel and has a quiet atmosphere.The staff were very helpful and friendly, the South facing rooms have fabulous views of the Eiger and are clean, comfortable, with a spacious balcony. Very nice home-baked bread, fresh fruit ,cereals, yoghurt, meat and cheeses. Also offered a cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful and able to provide an iron/ironing board when requested.Ample parking. Within walking distance of town. Overall the best accommodation within our 6 week holiday.

  Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. The food was very good ( both Breakfast and Dinner, and we are vegetarians ). The staff also help organise our activities such as Paragliding and Canyon Jumping . I would strongly recommend The Jungfrau Hotel and its excellent staff - We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!

  Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area, although if you want to explore Interlaken fully, this hotel is up at one end. However we only used it as a base and we had a car, so the amount of stuff around the hotel was adequate for our evening strolls. Staff great. We had a free upgrade to a suite.   Perfect location at center of the Gstaad. - I thought the room was very confortable and it was indicitive of the swiss mountain style. The view was quite nice as we had a balcony on the front of the hotel.

  Excellent hotel. It was just remodeled and in perfect condition. The owners were outstanding and very helpful with sites to see in the area. - The friendly and helpful staff who made us very welcome, and the excellent service and accommodation we enjoyed there.
