  Very friendly, warm and helpful staff. Makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Nice balcony in the room and a pretty garden to eat breakfast. Excellent breakfast with good bread, good selection of local cheeses, nice coffee and healthy (and unhealthy) muesli choices. Flexible breakfast hours.   Is brand new, nice and clean, great the parking on the basement even thought is not free. The staff is very kind, is a pleasure to spend time talking with them, specially the Ladies Cristina 1 and Cristina 2..... ;-) - Very good location within easy walking distance of town and lake.
