  They were full so upgraded us to Beau Rivage, and put us up in a suite.Had a magnificent stay. We were also able to take a tour of the Angleterre which had lovely rooms as well. - Very clean and spacious room, great location right nex to the lake.

  This hotel is well located . Near to the Central rail Station. Well preserved , nice staff and a good buffet- breakfast. Room was very confortable according with its fare. - friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room(s). No problem staying beyond the normal bar closing time to continue our discussion.

  We just came in from 12 days in Italy and this hotel room was larger than the others we stayed in. The bed was softer. That was nice. European beds are pretty hard. They offered free Wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was included. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. They gave us free bus and metro passes. Was going to stay at the castle OUCHY, but when I lookes at both, this was the better decision, not even considering price. The double windows overlooked the lakes and snow covered mountains.   A very nice hotel! Must have been newly renovated because the inside was very clean and looked new. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast (included in the rate) was very good.
