  The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The person who let us into the apartment carried our luggage up three flights and spent time giving us information about the trains, etc. The apartment is... mitä ihmiset sanovat » in a great location, and it gives you the feel of really living in Zurich. I would recommend getting a Sim Card for your i-phone when you arrive, so - This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. There is no front desk and no on-site parking, but the staff is accessible via phone and there

  The room was exactly what we were looking for. Modern and comfortable beds for 3 friends in need of a single room with 3 beds for one night. It was very close to the main train station which is exactly what we were looking for because we had an early train to catch the next morning. - The apartment was perfect for us.   A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The employee provided some folders of the city, and was very helpful. The room was perfect, with a nice view to the polybahn. THANK YOU hotel staff. - The closeness to the railwaystation and the old town is nr 1. Rooms ok but decoration a bit worn. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast (at extra cost) quite adequate. Nice and comfy Weinstube on the ground floor (closed on Sundays) with typical food.
