  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

  As we were a large party over for the ironman competition, I couldnt have asked for a better reception. The staff were so accomodating, going as far as making cheese sandwiches after the ironman when all the local restaurants were closed so the athletes did not have to walk far.   The location was excellent, in the Zurich Old town, very close to shopping, and to Zurich hbf and Landesmuseum. Yet, for this location rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Although a city hotel, yet it feels personal. The room was tiny, yet it felt small and cozy rather than cramped, the'd made their best of the available space. Interesting old t - The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.
