  We were upgraded from a room to a whole apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen ,dining and balcony and a view to die for. The hotel was practically empty so they gave us the upgrade for the same price. It was fantastic since the first day was rainy and we stayed in the room. We walked every where from the hotel.   We departed from London and gave short notice about the arrival time. However, the staff was waiting for us to give us the key and thorough introduction. The apartment had lots of spaces and small garden so my little children had so much fun playing hide and seek and running around.   We stayed here for 3 days it was really nice apartment with a beautiful panoramic view. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen utensils. A detail user guide which tells you all about the apartments and the transportation details. Fully secured system. The next morning, we were surprised by the stunning view of the city & mountain from the apartment (at 28th level). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoped we cld stay longer!
