  The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to anticipate needs. The owner got the buffet breakfast prepared early on the day of our departure as we had to leave early.   Great location, directly at the lake. We could walk everywhere, trainstation was close. The lake view from the balcony was great. Good breakfast, with many choices of bread, croissants, yoghurt... The pool looked nice, but we didn't have enough time to try it. The rooms were beautiful and while the WCs and bathing facilities were on the hall, with only four rooms per floor, it simply felt like you were staying I someone's home. We were treated as family from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and bright with unbelievable views of the city, lake and mountains. The view from the lake view rooms is so breathtakingly beautiful it is worth the extra amount for those rooms. Having shared bathrooms and WC weren't a problem at all as there are only four rooms per floor; it just feels like you are in someone's home. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and delicious.
