Important information to guests

Check-in is in the Griwarent Office at Dorfstrasse 118, 3818 Grindelwald between 16:00 and 17:00. Arrival is possible until 17:00. Please inform the Griwarent Office about a late arrival at least 2 days prior to arrival to find a solution. If you do not contact the office and you do not arrive on time, the Griwarent will cancel your reservation Please note that the obligatory fee of CHF 30 per person per stay for bed linen is not included in the rate and is payable directly at the chalet.
