  Very friendly and accommodating , do have the breakfast, fantastic value! Very convenient base to explore Basel. Our third trip to grellingham, delightful. - the owners were very helpful and polite. the food in the restraunt was 5star .

  The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, simply but beautifully furnished with modern facilities. The location was like a paradise. My room had a balcony, only metres from a beautiful mountain river with lovely well-groomed trails to use close by. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Manager (when he was around) was friendly and helpful. River-view room was enjoyable (if you like the sound of nearby flowing water as I do - other side would likely have significant traffic noise).
