  This is a very charming place with excellent staff. If you want to get the real expereience of Tessin, you have to explore that place. Charming little village with an amazing view over Lugano and the Lake. The hotel is cozy and you feel like a guest of the family, check out the restaurant as well, good classy food.   Mostly things and services were excellent and to the level of our expectation. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, speaking all possible languages, when needed... Making small favors for us when asked (well 4 star hotel and price probably included that :-) )
