1) Perfect location right in the heart of town 2) clean and quiet rooms 3) helpful and friendly staff doing their best to accommodate your needs 4) good value for money (by Stockholm standards) I would most definitely recommend this hotel to all visitors to Stockholm. The manager and the staff really are friendly and helpful (like when I arrived in the middle of the night, hours before check-in time, and they let me into my room - at no extra cost - because it was available). The hotel is below.

Very nice location. Near Hötorget metro station and a walk from T- centralen. Very clean room, luggage storage, free wifi, breakfast (a cup of coffee/tea, a cup of juice, one bread with cheese or ham) included. Very good location, friendly staff, excellent value for money. Room was small, and yes, had no window (as clearly understood from description), but had everything required for comfortable overnight stay. Surprising place. Small, but well arranged room. Private bath, flat screen tv, breakfast included, wifi. Centrally located. Excellent value for the money in over-priced Stockholm!. well located, close to train station, helpful staff, all in one, and very good price. No windows did not bother me, it is very quiet in the room, so it compensates!!. Amazing that this is found in basement on one of the main streets. Facilities are great even though no windows and a dungeon feel to it. Location is brilliant. Rooms are small, so not so pleasent stay if would be several nights. For one/two nights its ok. No window, but it is in the basement. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. Had some issues with door security. On 2nd day would open with code given and had to be reset by staff. If this happened 10 mins later i would be stuck as staff in Wayne's Coffee/reception above leave at 10pm. Rooms are small, suitable for sleeping but not for resting some minutes during the day. Lack of on site parking. Not much choice for breakfast. Staff, hardly speaking in English. I wouldn't say breakfast is included, as it was just a sandwich and tea. Rooms are really small. Definitely not for relaxation, but more like for short night stays in Stockholm. a bit overpriced compared to competitors. There is no bouble bed. Only twin bed. Not easy to find. House number is 67... and its far away from 66 and 68. no windows, below ground level, claustrophoby-like:). not sufficient soundproofing,late check in. Door code didn't work. The rooms are one of the smallest I've ever seen (no windows since they are in the basement of a caffe) but I knew that before so no negative surprise here. Breakfast is really basic, sandwich, coffee, orange juice and a fruit. Rooms are small and it is a hostel, however i paid for single stay, so was alone. Very noisy in the nights. It was stated in small letters no window; that is ok but the whole establishment is in the basement! The double bed was two single with separate matrasses. No possibility to adjust room temperature. Very dark not enough lamps. Included breakfast only a sandwich with juice and coffee. Finally there are other options for the same or less price that ar better. The breakfast was really poor and the rooms (really very small) had no Windows. Not the best options for those who are claustrophobic. I didn't love the atmosphere of the hotel and the that the rooms without windows because of being under ground. Room was a bit too small. room size. Breakfast. We found hairs all over the jacuzzi. It made the impression that it hasn't been cleaned properly. The walls were pretty thin so we could hear the people in the next room using the jacuzzi which made it difficult to fall asleep. Internet worked on and off. No Windows. Micro room, the smallest I have ever seen. narrow space, dark room(no window), Reception is at the coffee shop. Tiny room, bunk beds, no reception or lobby area. Room only for sleeping not able to relax in room as it is to small, with only space for the bunk bed and nothing else. All rooms in basement so no windows. The hotel was changed without prior notice. My original room was supposed to be a suite with hot spa...at first the new room was simple double room but after my complain it was changed to a better room but anyway without any hot spa... The breakfast was very bad :-(. The staff did not wake us up 07:30 AM as we requested, so we missed our flight! Very small room, basement (catacombas), no windows = claustrophobic. Very poor breakfast (small sandwich). is this a hotel room???????. Room size. No Windows no aircon no wireless in rooms,room wasnt serviced during stay. some staff no very friendly, not very clean, they didnt change the dirty towels, not very good breakfast. it was like a dungeon - tiny room in basement with no windows. Okay so all the rooms are in the basement ( no windows ) also my room was obviously next to the sewer drains because that is what I smelled the whole time there SEWAGE!! My cloths smelled like sewage I smelled like sewage thereafter the hot tub was not usable because the bathroom really, really reeked of sewage!!!. You can not breath when you stay in the room. There is no window and air condation is not working as well.
