The hospitality of the staff was great and adds value to the hotel,being very much appreciated by stand alone travellers and not only.

The hotel staff was very rude! I have been in many hotels during my busines trips for 5 years, but the man working in the hotel was so unpolite and could not for example save our luggage for any hours the day we were leaving from the hotel. The elevator didn't work and he didn't even help us with our luggage downstares.
Pleasant staff although saying little. Good location. Breakfast was good value.
Tiny spaces - room, toilet, shower room - could barely move/wash properly. Towel must have been about 10 years old (rough, worn) and too small for a shower really. Tea/coffee could be made but no milk available and only scented tea (Earl Grey). No alarm in room. It was just all very 'old and tired' although it was ok for one night but not value for money.
