  It was a great apartment! Very clean, cozy and luxury...a hard combination to accomplish but they surely managed it :) Nice coffe machine in the room was a plus and the private relax part of the apartment was very nice! Small amenities like the coffee machine - after staying in several places without anything like this, which used to be fairly standard, it was a nice touch. Very comfortable, quiet.   Mukava huone ja upeat maisemat, aamiainen oli monipuoinen - Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja hotelli on todella lapsiystävällinen. Seurassani ollut pikkutyttö ilahtui suuresti puuhakassista ja ilmaisesta jäätelöstä. Lisebergiin tai Universeumiin menijöille sijainti loistava. Kauniit maisemat!

I liket so mutsh , hope the manger of the lobey contact me - Hotel Room was above expectations, comfortable bed - nicely designed so that it feels special. Rain shower was a bonus. The breakfast was large and had late hours. You could eat outside on the lovely patio in a variety of comfortable seating. The rooftop terrace was really beautiful and we enjoyed an afternoon on the loungers in the sun. Free ferry provided easy and frequent city access.

Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English, we could put bus cards onto the hotel bill etc. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and other people did use them a lot. We did use the free internet, that was appreciated.
