I like service, support from staff. comfort in a room. No disturb. Kitchen facilities - I can cook my own meals. there should be the gents staff with other staff. so we can ask him gents releted things... it is wierd to ask jents related things to ladies staff. Filthy. It is a youth hotel so you are expected to clean after yourself. The problem is, is that there aren't much cleaning stuff to use which gives the feeling of not being so clean.
