  We stayed here overnight as we had an early morning flight. The location was close to the airport, as it is quite a distance from town. There was more room inside than appeared on the outside. The staff were friendly & helpful. We loved that we had to take our shoes off! The use of a microwave gave us the option of bringing food out to heat up... mitä ihmiset sanovat » for dinner. The showers were cosy, but were hot & had great pressure. The beds were comfy. - Excellent, friendly welcome, catch free airport shuttle bus "alpha", and you're there in 5 mins, rooms were very clean and much larger than expected, great experience,and a reasonable price compared to the other airport hotels, if you just need a place to sleep for the night, this will exceed your expectations. Excellent buffet breakfast provided in the price

  We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. (We do understand it was late - but it... mitä ihmiset sanovat » was still open!) The receptionist did listen and took this seriously. We were offered a discounted dish/glas of wine and walked away satisfied. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.
