  Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources.
