  Informal, very friendly atmosphere; excellent knowledge of the local nature by the owner (Jose), in particular very professional guidance and advise concerning birds (despite visiting Monfrague in July). We really enjoyed two days in Casa Babel Monfrague, guided (by Jose) visit to Monfrague National Parc and birdwatching in the environments of Tor... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rejon el Rubio. (Couple from Poland) - Very friendly host helped us find Bonelli's Eagle. Hotel in Town, but very quiet. Nice common room with lots of information about Extremadura and especially about the Birdlife.10 Min from the National park and some 45 min to the planes at Belen. Nice walk from town towards Monfrague, saw Bee-eaters, Hobby, Teklalark, Black Vulture, Booted Eagle, Short-toed Eagle.
