Magnificent location, staff very helpful. We have stayed twice now and have had very good rooms overlooking the bay complete with their own seperate sitting area. Takes dogs, parking good but during the season may be very busy during the day. Surfers breakfast very good value. Strongly recommend this hotel. -

El Caserio has a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are well trained and chatty. It's also in a superb location at the top of some steps leading down to Los Locos beach and only a short distance to the larger Concha beach. It's about 1/2 mile to a mile to walk to the cafes and restaurants at Suances beach in the evening, but we enjoyed the walk, as everyone goes for a stroll from 9pm onwards.

The pool was cleaned every day. - The receptionist at the hotel where we got our keys was very friendly and although she did not have a great deal of English she was helpful whenever we required help.
