  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money.
